Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly while ensuring smooth order processing at Modibazar.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order, contact us through our official support channels:

Please include your order number in the request.

If your order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Important:
 Cancellation requests sent via Instagram DM, Facebook messages, or any non-official channels will not be considered.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
 If you still wish to cancel, you must accept the delivery and then raise a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. COD Order Cancellation

  • COD orders may require confirmation via call/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours.

  • Customers with repeated COD cancellations may have their COD option disabled for future orders.

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, we will initiate a 100% refund to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Netbanking, Wallet, etc.).
 Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellation

Modibazar reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Product out of stock

  • Invalid or incomplete address

  • Order flagged as high-risk or suspicious by the payment gateway

  • Technical errors or pricing inaccuracies

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund (if prepaid) will be issued.
